ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete your account and training data.
Use Account & Sync in the mobile app to start deletion. If you cannot access the app, use the request route below.
Before requesting deletion
Export any history you want to keep. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel that separately in your store account.
What will be deleted
Your profile, authentication record, custom routines, exercises, workout logs, set history, synced preferences and device records will be removed after any legally required transaction records are separated.
Deletion process
Open Settings → Account & Sync, choose Delete account and data, and confirm. A seven-day recovery period begins. After that period, linked data is permanently removed and cannot be restored.
Web request
Email privacy@onesetforward.com from the address used for your account. We will verify the request before processing it to protect your data from unauthorised deletion.
